OUR CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR, HAS OVER 3 DECADES OF SHOOTING EXPERIENCE, OVER A DECADE OF LAW ENFORCEMENT EXPERIENCE AND A PLETHORA OF SWAT TRAINING KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE. CHAD AND MISSI QUINN ARE THE OWNERS AND INSTRUCTORS FOR BLACKWATER CONSULTING. THEY HAVE THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF COMMITMENT AND DEDICATION TO GIVING YOU THE BEST TRAIING PLATFORM POSSIBLE.
Instructor, Chad Quinn, has been shooting since he was 8 years old. He served as a law enforcement officer for 12 years and 9 of those years was attached to a tactical SWAT team. Chad has completed some of the most rigorous training led by the LAPD Swat, Federal and Local tactical units. Chad has shot in many types of competition disciplines including USPSA and IDPA. Chad is also a certified firearms instructor.
Chad has been a certified scuba diver for almost 20 years. He has experience as a law enforcement diver and a public safety diver. Chad has extensive experience in search and recovery and underwater repairs.
Assistant, Missi Quinn, has been shooting for over 10 years and assists with classes and administration. She also provides top side support for the majority of dive operations.
